Chapter 1.5. Women, Infants, and Children Program
16-35-1.5-3. Wic Participant Defined

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "WIC participant" means an authorized pregnant woman, a postpartum woman, an infant, or a child who is receiving supplemental food or a food instrument under the WIC program.
