    16-35-1-1. Municipal Corporation Defined

    Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "municipal corporation" means a:
    (1) county;
    (2) township;
    (3) city;
    (4) town; or
    (5) school corporation;
    that makes provisions for conducting any kind of health work of a character qualified to comply with this chapter.
