Sec. 4. No:
(1) physician;
(2) nurse;
(3) physician assistant;
(4) pharmacist;
(5) employee or member of the staff of a hospital or other facility in which an abortion may be performed; or
(6) mental health provider;
shall be required to perform an abortion, to prescribe, administer, or dispense an abortion inducing drug, to provide advice or counsel to a pregnant woman concerning medical procedures resulting in, or intended to result in, an abortion, to assist or participate in medical procedures resulting in, or intended to result in an abortion, or to handle or dispose of aborted remains, if that individual objects to such procedures on ethical, moral, or religious grounds.
