Chapter 2. Commercial Dog Broker and Commercial Dog Breeder Registration
15-21-2-2. Notice to the Public

Sec. 2. A person who:
(1) is registered as a commercial dog breeder; and
(2) operates a commercial dog breeder operation;
shall indicate that the person is registered as a commercial dog breeder in a place clearly visible to the public.
