14-9-2-2. Appointment and Removal of Deputies, Officers, and Employees

Sec. 2. The director may do the following:
(1) Appoint and remove deputy directors.
(2) Upon the recommendation of the deputy director of a bureau, appoint and remove all officers and employees of the bureau.
