Chapter 20. Npdes Permit Fees
13-18-20-16. Deposit of Fees

Sec. 16. The fees and delinquency charges established under this chapter:
(1) are payable to the department; and
(2) shall be deposited in the environmental management permit operation fund established by IC 13-15-11-1.
