Chapter 9. Display of United States Flag Upon Death of Certain Military Personnel
10-18-9-1. "Armed Forces of the United States"

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means:
(1) the Army;
(2) the Navy;
(3) the Air Force;
(4) the Coast Guard; and
(5) the Marine Corps.
