Sec. 12. The county executive shall:
(1) provide a fund necessary for the:
(A) management;
(B) maintenance;
(C) repair; and
(D) improvement;
of any county world war memorial;
(2) pay its part of the cost of:
(A) management;
(B) maintenance;
(C) repair; and
(D) improvement;
of any joint county and city world war memorial, as determined by contract; and
(3) raise money for the fund by taxation in the manner provided by law for all other county expenses.
