Sec. 11. The child or spouse of an employee beneficiary who has a permanent and total disability from a catastrophic personal injury that was sustained in the line of duty and permanently prevents the employee beneficiary from performing any gainful work is eligible for an educational costs exemption as provided under IC 21-14-4.
