Chapter 1. Definitions
10-10.5-1-2. "Indiana First Responder"

Sec. 2. "Indiana first responder" means an individual who:
(1) is employed by; or
(2) serves as a volunteer for;
a public safety agency and whose duties include responding rapidly to an emergency.
