(110 ILCS 992/25-5)
Sec. 25-5. Enforcement; Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. The Attorney General may enforce a violation of Article 5 of this Act as an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
