Section 43-2307 - BONDS TAX EXEMPT.

43-2307. BONDS TAX EXEMPT. Bonds and interim notes, and the interest thereon, issued pursuant to the authority contained in this chapter shall be exempt from taxation under the Idaho income tax law.
