§533-3 In lands mortgaged before marriage. Where any person seised of lands, as aforesaid, has executed a mortgage of the lands before marriage, the widow shall, nevertheless, be entitled to dower out of the lands mortgaged, as against every person except the mortgagee and those claiming under him.
