§351-68 Rulemaking powers. In the performance of its functions, the commission may adopt, amend, and repeal rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, prescribing the procedures to be followed in the filing of applications and the proceedings under this chapter and such other matters as the commission deems appropriate.
