§340E-35 Drinking water treatment revolving loan fund; establishment, purpose. There is established in the state treasury a fund to be known as the drinking water treatment revolving loan fund to be administered by the director. The fund shall be administered, operated, and maintained to remain available in perpetuity to provide loans and other financial assistance to eligible public water systems for projects or activities eligible under this part and the Federal Act.
