262-8 Appeals.

§262-8 Appeals. Any person aggrieved by any order, requirement, determination, or decision of the director of transportation made in the adoption, amendment, repeal, or administration of airport zoning regulations may appeal the person's grievance to the appropriate circuit court in accordance with chapter 91.
