§ 7-1-602. Applications for Branch Offices

Where the department by rule, regulation, or written policy has provided for expedited processing of applications or for notice procedures, it may abbreviate its review of these criteria.

The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, substituted “30 days” for “90 days” in subsection (b); inserted a comma in the first sentence of subsection (c); deleted the former last sentence in subsection (d), which read: “The department may waive publication requirements for such a procedure.”; and, in subsection (f), deleted “so long as they are consistent with and authorized by this part” following “offices” at the end of the first and last sentences.
