§ 7-1-591. Establishment of Representative Office by Bank or Bank Holding Company Domiciled in State; Out-of-State Activities

The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, designated the existing provisions as subsection (a) and added subsection (b).
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, deleted “or agent” following “subsidiary” twice in subsection (a).
