The 2020 amendment, effective July 29, 2020, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “provided that:” for “provided:” at the end of the introductory language of subsection (d).

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1989, “Any time” was substituted for “Anytime” at the beginning of paragraph (e)(4) (now (d)(4)).
