The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, substituted “service with notice” for “notify” in paragraph (b)(2); added the last sentence in paragraph (b)(3); inserted “service or” in the first sentence in subsection (d); and substituted “serving notice” for “giving notice” in subsection (e).
