Effective date. —
This Code section became effective May 11, 2009.
The 2010 amendment, effective May 24, 2010, designated the existing provisions as subsection (a); in the last sentence of subsection (a), inserted “or upon attainment of normal retirement age and cessation of contributions,” near the beginning and added “reduced by any amount already received prior to reemployment” at the end; and added subsections (b) and (c).
