Code Commission notes.
Pursuant to § 28-9-5 , in 1987, “obligations” was substituted for “obligation” near the beginning of the fourth sentence in subsection (b); and, in subsection (c), “exchangeability” was substituted for “exchangibility” in the first sentence and commas were inserted following “to purchase” in the third sentence and “rates of interest” in the last sentence.
Pursuant to § 28-9-5 , in 1988, “bondholder” was substituted for “bond holder” near the end of subsection (f) and “the” was added preceding “two weeks” near the middle of subsection (i).
