Clerk’’ and (5) At the top of the page and preceding the copy of the decree should be the words, “Registered Title No. .” The first decree entered is numbered “Registered Title No. 1,” the second “Registered Title No. 2,” and so on in continuous, consecutive order. The registered title number of a registered tract never changes though any number of subsequent certificates may be issued thereon; therefore, the registered title number and the certificate number will usually be different.
