§ 43-44-3. Definitions

As used in this article, the term:

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted “this article” for “this chapter” in the introductory paragraph and near the middle of paragraph (9); and substituted “or any person holding a valid Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact privilege pursuant to Article 2 of this chapter. The term ‘licensee’ does not” for “, but does not” in paragraph (9).
