§ 43-34A-9. Annual Report

History. Code 1981, § 43-34A-9 , enacted by Ga. L. 2011, p. 438, § 3/HB 147; Ga. L. 2021, p. 777, § 8/HB 458.
The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, in subsection (b), deleted “and” at the end of paragraph (b)(4), substituted “; and” for a period at the end of paragraph (b)(5), and added paragraph (b)(6).
