Code Section 43-17-4 is set out twice in this Code. This version is effective July 1, 2023. For version effective until July 1, 2023, see the preceding version.
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, in subsection (c), in the first sentence substituted “provided, however, that” for “provided, however,” and “such action, an appeal based on a petition for certiorari jurisdiction, or a petition for review” for “such action or an appeal based on a petition for certiorari jurisdiction”, and inserted “or her” in the third and last sentences; and in subsection (d), substituted “provided, however, that” for “provided, however,” in the first sentence, substituted “such action, an appeal based on a petition for certiorari jurisdiction, or a petition for review” for “such action or an appeal based on a petition for certiorari jurisdiction” in the first and third sentences, and substituted “taking receipt” for “taking his receipt” in the third sentence.
