§ 43-12A-5. Provider Not to Operate Under Any Name Deceptively Similar to Another; Franchising or Licensing to Another Licensed Provider; Restrictions on Certain Individuals Having Stake in Provider Center

The 2015 amendment, effective July 1, 2015, in subsection (c), substituted “community supervision officer” for “probation officer” near the beginning, and substituted “by, acting” for “by or acting” near the end. See editor’s note for applicability.
