§ 40-5-5. Reciprocal Agreements With Other States, Districts, Territories, and Foreign Countries for the Operation of Motor Vehicles and Required Testing; “Limited Term” Notation

The 2020 amendment, effective June 30, 2020, in subsection (c), inserted “or such political subdivision of a foreign country” throughout the subsection; in the first sentence, inserted “or the political subdivision of a foreign country” and inserted “or such political subdivision”; in the second sentence, substituted “commissioner” for “department” and inserted “or any political subdivision of a foreign country”; and inserted “or political subdivisions or foreign countries” near the middle of the last sentence.
