§ 40-1-100. Definitions

As used in this part, the term:

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2012, “Code Section 40-1-8” was substituted for “Code Section 60-1-8” at the end of division (10)(B)(ii) (now division (12)(B)(ii)) and “division (v) of this subparagraph” was substituted for “division (iv) of this subparagraph” near the end of division (10)(B)(vii) (now division (12)(B)(vii)).
