The 2014 amendment, effective July 1, 2014, in subsection (b), substituted “one or more individuals as dog control officers” for “an individual as dog control officer” in the first sentence and, in the second sentence, substituted “An individual” for “A person” at the beginning and substituted “he or she” for “the person” in the middle.
