§ 38-2-1015. Commanding Officer’s Disciplinary Punishment; Regulations Limiting; Officers in Charge; Appeal; Effect on More Serious Offenses

(A) Mitigate reduction in grade to forfeiture of pay;
(B) Mitigate arrest in quarters to restriction; or
