Chapter 92 - Waiver of Immunity for Motor Vehicle Claims
§ 36-92-1. Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term:

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, rewrote paragraph (4), which read: “ ‘Local government officer or employee’ means an officer, agent, servant, attorney, or employee of a local government entity.”
