The 2020 amendment, effective July 29, 2020, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, inserted “of this Code section” near the beginning of subsection (c).
Code Commission notes.
Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1992, “February 25, 1992,” was substituted for “the effective date of this Code section” in subsection (d).
