The 2022 amendment, effective May 2, 2022, in subsection (c), substituted “provided, however, that” for “provided, however” in the first proviso, and added the second proviso; and, in subsection (e), substituted “Code Sections 45-10-3 and 45-10-4” for “Code Section 45-10-3” in subparagraph (e)(1)(A), and added paragraph (e)(3).
