The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, in the introductory language of subsection (a), in subsection (b), and in paragraph (c)(1), inserted “, the Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Office of the General Assembly,”; deleted “and” from the end of paragraph (a)(3), substituted “; and” for a period at the end of paragraph (a)(4), and added paragraph (a)(5); in subsection (b), deleted “may also be made” preceding “in electronic” and substituted “required by” for “required, at the discretion of”; added the second sentence in paragraph (c)(1); added “and the Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Office of the General Assembly” at the end of the first sentence in paragraph (c)(2); and substituted the present provisions of subsection (f) for the former provisions which were reserved.
