The 2022 amendments.
The first 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, inserted “behavioral health co-responders,” following “emergency medical personnel” in the introductory language of subsection (d), and in paragraphs (d)(1) and (d)(2). The second 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, substituted “tuition which is” for “tuition, meals, and lodging which are” in the last sentence in paragraph (d)(2), added paragraph (d)(3), and redesignated former paragraphs (d)(3) through (d)(6) as present paragraphs (d)(4) through (d)(7), respectively.
