Chapter 53 - Coverage for Certain Types of Anti-Cancer Drug Therapy
§ 33-53-1. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, deleted former paragraph (1), which read: “ ‘Commissioner’ means the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Georgia.”; and redesignated former paragraphs (2) through (4) as present paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively.
