§ 33-42-4. Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term:

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, deleted former paragraph (3), which read: “ ‘Commissioner’ means the Commissioner of Insurance of this state.”; and redesignated former paragraphs (4) through (6) as present paragraphs (3) through (5), respectively.
