§ 33-37-33. Application for Approval of Proposal to Disburse Assets; Notice

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted “United States mail to be dispatched by certified mail or first-class mail” for “United States certified mails, first-class postage prepaid” in the second sentence of subsection (e).

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1991, “marshaled” was substituted for “marshalled” in subsection (a) and paragraph (b)(2), and “provided, further,” was substituted for “provided further” near the end of subsection (e).
