§ 33-15-104. Licensing of Foreign or Alien Societies

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted “articles of incorporation” for “charter of incorporation” in paragraph (a)(1); substituted “supervisory insurance official” for “supervising insurance official” in paragraph (a)(4); and substituted “Program; and” for “Program. This paragraph shall apply on and after January 1, 1994; and” at the end of paragraph (b)(1).
