The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted “Office of Health Strategy and Coordination” for “Governor, the General Assembly, the board, the department, and all other state agencies in matters relating to women’s health” in the first sentence of subsection (b); and added subsection (d).
The 2020 amendment, effective July 1, 2020, deleted the second through seventh sentences in subsection (a); added paragraph (b)(2); redesignated former paragraphs (b)(2) and (b)(3) as present paragraphs (b)(3) and (4), respectively; deleted former paragraphs (b)(4) and (b)(5); and deleted former subsections (c) and (d).
