The 2021 amendment, effective May 10, 2021, substituted “Except as otherwise provided for in this chapter, the board” for “The board” at the beginning of subsection (b); added subsection (e); and redesignated former subsections (e) and (f) as present subsections (f) and (g), respectively.
The 2022 amendment, effective July 1, 2022, added subsection (h).
