Chapter 6 - Mutual Aid Resource Pacts
§ 25-6-11. Penalty for Violations of Chapter

Any member of the governing body of a jurisdiction or any other person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be prosecuted by the Attorney General.
