§ 24-6-612. Writing Used to Refresh Memory

History. Code 1981, § 24-6-612 , enacted by Ga. L. 2011, p. 99, § 2/HB 24; Ga. L. 2013, p. 524, § 1-4/HB 78.
The 2013 amendment, effective July 1, 2013, substituted “testifying” for “the trial” in the second sentence of subsection (b).
