§ 24-12-31. Confidential Nature of Veterinarian Records; Disclosure of Rabies Vaccination Record

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, designated the existing provisions of this Code section as subsection (a); substituted “animal or, if the owner of the animal is unknown, the person” for “animal; or if the owner of the animal is unknown, client means the person” in the last sentence of subsection (a); and added subsection (b).
