The 2017 amendment, effective May 9, 2017, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “appointed member” for “appointive member” in subsection (c) and substituted “appointed members” for “appointive members” in paragraph (d)(3) and subsection (i).

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2006, “qualified” was substituted for “qualification” in the first sentence of subsection (b).
