Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1999, Ga. L. 1999, p. 1062, § 1 enacted Chapter 18 of Title 2, which was redesignated as Chapter 19 of Title 2. Therefore, the reference in subsection (a) to Code Section 2-18-2 was changed to Code Section 2-19-2 to reflect the renumbering.
