No person shall distribute an adulterated fertilizer product. A fertilizer shall be deemed to be adulterated if:

The 2020 amendment, effective January 1, 2021, deleted “or” at the end of paragraph (2), substituted “; or” for a period at the end of paragraph (3), and added paragraph (4).
The 2021 amendment, effective May 10, 2021, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “40 C.F.R. 503.9” for “40 CFR 503.9” in paragraph (4).
