§ 12-8-23. Powers and Duties of Board

In the performance of its duties the board shall have and may exercise the power to:

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1992, “and” was deleted at the end of subparagraph (1)(I) and the subparagraph (1)(J) added by the second 1992 amendment was redesignated as subparagraph (1)(K) and “; and” was substituted for a period at the end thereof.
