§ 12-6-221. Definitions

As used in this article, the term:

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted “human induced” for “human-induced” throughout subparagraphs (2)(A) through (2)(E); added paragraph (1); redesignated former paragraphs (1) through (4) as present paragraphs (2) through (5), respectively; deleted “and” at the end of subparagraph (2)(D); substituted “; and” for a period at the end of subparagraph (2)(E); added subparagraph (2)(F); in paragraph (3), inserted “or embodied carbon result” in the middle, and inserted “or embodied carbon” near the end; added paragraph (6); redesignated former paragraph (5) as present paragraph (7); added paragraph (8); redesignated former paragraphs (6) through (10) as present paragraphs (9) through (13), respectively; substituted “sulfur hexafluoride, and nitrogen trifluoride” for “and sulfur hexafluoride” in paragraph (9); substituted “State Forestry” for “Georgia Forestry” in the middle of paragraph (10); substituted “, including building materials” for “thereof” in paragraph (13); and added paragraph (14).
